Furniquote — Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose of the App

Furniquote is a professional tool designed to help PVC furniture workers and contractors prepare quotations, manage multiple estimates for a single client, and generate and share PDF quotations (including price-per-square-foot calculations) for convenience.

2. User Responsibility

1. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of all data entered into Furniquote including measurements, material specifications, unit rates, taxes, and client contact details.
2. Furniquote provides estimation and document-generation functionality only; it does not verify, validate, or guarantee the correctness of user-entered data.

3. Business Transactions & Disputes

All commercial agreements, negotiations, deliveries, and disputes are strictly between the user and their client. Furniquote does not act as an agent, escrow, or guarantor for any transaction.

4. PDF Generation & Sharing

Users may generate PDFs containing one or multiple quotations (including price-per-square-foot options). Furniquote is not responsible for the delivery, acceptance, or legal effect of any shared PDF.

5. Payments

Users may purchase business packages or premium features through Razorpay payment gateway. By completing a payment, you agree that:

1. All payments are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.
2. It is the user’s responsibility to review the package details before making payment.
3. Furniquote does not provide refunds for accidental purchases, change of mind, or unused subscription periods.
4. All billing information provided must be accurate and complete.

6. Refunds & Warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. BharatNextGenTech does not provide any money-back guarantee. Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded, reversed, or cancelled. Users are advised to carefully evaluate their needs before purchasing any package.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Furniquote and its owner (BharatNextGenTech) are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the app, including but not limited to errors in quotations, lost profits, or business interruption. Use the app at your own risk.

8. Changes to Terms

Furniquote may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
