1. Information We Collect

• User-provided data: Client name, address, phone number, quotation details (measurements, rates, taxes), and any notes a user enters.
• Automatically collected data: Basic usage metrics and crash logs (if enabled) to help improve the app.
• SMS Verification (OTP): OTP SMS is used only for phone verification. The app does not read all SMS messages. SMS access is limited to the verification flow provided by Google Play Services.
• Contact Access (Optional): The app requests access to your device's address book (contacts) to allow you to select a contact and auto-fill details in forms. We only access the contacts you select, and this data is processed locally on your device and is not uploaded or shared.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to create, store, and display quotations, generate PDFs, and provide core app functionality. Usage data may be used to improve app stability and user experience.

3. Data Storage & Retention

Data entered by users is stored on the device and/or on the app server (depending on your app configuration). Users can delete their data from the app at any time. We retain data only as long as needed to provide app services or as required by law.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

Furniquote does not sell user or client information. The app may use third-party services for features such as PDF generation, crash reporting, or cloud storage. Those services have their own privacy policies which govern how they handle data.

5. Security

Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are used to protect data. However, no system is completely secure; Furniquote cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access.

6. Your Rights

• You may access, correct, or delete data you have entered into Furniquote.
• To request data deletion or for questions, contact us using the details below.

7. Children

Furniquote is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

8. Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted in the app or on this page with an updated effective date.
